Joel Bond is the Associate Director of Alums for Campus Fairness (ACF), a position he has held since February 2019.5 He is a San Diego State University graduate (class of 2015) with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.53 Bond has a unique background, having been adopted at age two by an African-American Christian family and later discovering his biological mother was a Russian Jewish woman.2
