Building on years of experience in leading software projects from inception through release, at A50 I work to ensure that projects run smoothly and that our clients/partners are thrilled with our work from start to finish.  I'm heavily involved with all aspects of our business - Sales, Operations, Product Strategy, UI/UX Design, Project Management, Release Management and Ongoing Client Support.

Partner, Product & Operations

I am responsible for all aspects of FactSet's suite of mobile applications including ideation/requirement gathering, design, writing specifications, working with engineering on implementation, marketing, release, and integrating user feedback into revisions.

Currently managing one Product Developer and working very closely with our team of 6 Mobile Engineers as well as other product teams. We have a Universal iOS app and BlackBerry app currently available; our Android app is currently in the late design phase.

Senior Product Manager, Mobile Apps

Oversaw development of FactSet's native iPhone application from ideation through to a very successful release under aggressive timelines then adapted the design to work as a Universal app.  From there, watched iOS usage overtake our heavily entrenched BlackBerry user base, converting internal skeptics of the project to believers along the way.

Took over day to day product management duties and helped guide the team through further development/maturation of FactSet's native BlackBerry application for institutional users on both the buy and sell side. Shipped industry-first features with a focus on differentiation and clever design, while staying out ahead of BlackBerry OS revisions and the transition from physical to touch inputs.

Product Manager, Mobile Apps

Grew a $3 million+ book of existing business by matching existing client needs with new FactSet products/services as well as adding multiple new clients

Conducted professional sales product demonstrations and presentations leading to productive trials, and ending with new business

Maintained focus on strong client support by training new consultants, managing client expectations, and acting as a point person for more involved projects and implementations

Institutional Sales

Collaborated with local/national sales reps to develop and implement sales strategies for each account
Served as a liaison for Product Specialists and Consultants seeking to advance local and company wide objectives

Account Executive

Worked directly with users of FactSet's Investment Management tools to analyze both individual securities as well as portfolios using top-down and bottom-up methods.
Enhanced client relationships through timely, high quality work, constant communication, and by visiting clients to conduct both individual and group training sessions.
