Joel Ayala

Joel Ayala, a Harvard graduate, is a co-founder and managing partner at Class 5 Global. With his vast experience in investments, he is passionate about partnering with visionary entrepreneurs worldwide. Joel has served as an investor in many start-ups, including Invygo, Emcasa, and Luminous Computing, where he was part of the management committee. He has been a board member in companies such as Eatstreet, Shedul.com, and Fiscalnote, among others. With prior experience in investment banking, Joel's skills have flourished in the industry. Joel co-founded Mingleton and worked at Yume, where he led corporate development and international expansion. His interests lie in corporate strategy, venture capital, and private equity.
