Joe Yuska

Joe Yuska started his career in broadcasting as a writer, producer, and award-winning director in regional television before transitioning to Software Quality Assurance (SQA) in the mid 90s, excelling in various technologies and developing QA testing processes. With over 12 years of experience, Joe has demonstrated proficiency in TCP/IP networking, networking security, digital video, streaming audio, SQL, PHP, SaaS, AWS hosted infrastructure, Windows and Mobile applications, as well as automated testing using tools like Selenium and Postman. Specializing in team and process building, Joe focuses on fostering a culture of quality across organizations to achieve the highest quality products. Outside of work, Joe is a passionate gamer, enjoys computer, board, and tabletop games, and engages in Twitch streaming and Dungeon Mastering as hobbies.

Joe Yuska holds a degree in Communications and Communication and Media Studies from Boston College and attended Boston College High School for his earlier education. Throughout his career, he held key positions in various organizations, including Director of Software Quality Engineering at Massachusetts Medical Society, Director of Quality Assurance at One Door, Senior Quality Assurance Manager at One Door, Director of Quality Assurance at Blue State Digital, SQA Team Manager at Blue State Digital, and several other roles in companies like TotalMusic, Ruckus Network, Comcast, and more. His professional journey encompasses roles from QA Engineer to Director levels in diverse technology environments.
