Management
- Managing and training the team to work closely with other relevant departments.
- Group MBO setting and assessment(Staff promotion-6)
- Implement and control visual merchandising and display budget and expenses.
- Vendor management(contract and payments management)
-  OVM management(16)

Visual Merchandising(men/ladies/kids/acc/sports brand)
- make brand standardization guidelines
-  Work closely with the Merchandising department to develop the seasonal visual DP & window plan(s/s ; f/w;holidays;promotion...)
-  Props design & produce
- New store open work(Give Suggestions to the store layout ; store open plan & retail support )
- Make manual twice a month and check the feedback to keep store image uniformity.
-  Redact VM training materials and train all the store staff

Marketing Support
-  Look Book shooting (coordinate ;stylist)
-  marketing gifts design & production control
-  retail marketing graphic support(develop, arrange and manage the promotional materials and tools for each campaign)
- Supporting the road shows and events

Graphic Work
- graphic POP design
- widecut layout & change
