With an MBA from the University of Oregon, Joe possesses a wealth of experience in asset and opportunity valuation, market and project feasibility underwriting, and sustainable development and operations. Over the years, he has helped numerous clients including corporate entities, private lenders, developers, government agencies, and public institutions execute profitable investment strategies in the built environment.

Joe's experience and expertise span several domains including real estate, sustainability, and public-private development processes, all of which come in handy when helping businesses execute their investment plans. As a senior manager of real estate operations for North America at Nike, Joe leverages his skills in commercial real estate acquisitions, structured investments, sustainable development, and asset management to help the company grow its operations and remain profitable.

Before joining Nike, Joe cut his teeth at CBRE, where he worked as a real estate and urban economics consultant. Additionally, he worked as a co-founder/president at Mega Solar Inc. and as a marketing coordinator at NAI Global.
