In his professional journey, Joe Welch co-founded Quadio and currently leads as the Head of Artist Relations. Prior to his role at Quadio, he worked as a Sales Development Representative at Datadog and gained valuable experience as an A&R Marketing Intern at Phase One Network / Uprise Music. Joe also honed his skills as a Summer Analyst at Great Oak Advisors.
