Joe Wan is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Content Acquisition & Channel Distribution, Production & Programming, Pay TV, IPTV & OTT digital media in SEA and China markets.

His notable achievements include taking WarnerTV from 10th to 1st position in the Philippines in ratings within 6 months, exceeding content distribution sales targets by closing deals with major networks, and generating significant rating increases in regions like Singapore and Taiwan.

Joe excels in strategic programming & scheduling, content management, acquisitions, production, research, on-air promotions, commercial management, channel distribution and partnerships, digital marketing, standard & practice, and channel branding in Pan Asia markets.

He possesses extensive experience in TV series, movies, comedies, animations, reality, lifestyle & factual programs, as well as various sports like football, MMA, basketball, and tennis. Joe is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Currently, Joe serves as the Senior Director of Content and Digital Strategy for Outdoor Channel (Asia) covering the APAC, ANZ, and India regions. He has previously held key positions at renowned organizations such as LeEco, Turner International Asia Pacific, RTL CBS Asia, FOX International Channels Asia, and Star TV among others.
