Joe Tunis

Joe Tunis is a full-stack web, mobile app, and desktop software developer who owns and operates CarbonDEVPlus, Inc., a freelance software development business he has been running since 2009.13 He is based in Rochester, NY and graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology.4

In addition to his software development career, Joe Tunis is deeply involved in the music industry. He runs Carbon Records, a label specializing in noise, improv, heavy rock, and experimental music since 1994.5 Joe is an active musician himself, playing in various bands including Pengo, Crush the Junta, Tumul, and Tuurd, as well as performing solo under the name Joe+N.6
