So an epiphany of sorts, when taking it all in, and asking; What can be done to help? How to put small businesses in the spotlight, where it is all about their business for a month. Who they are, what they do, and how they help others. Promoting them to the top. A recognition that a single person, cannot help everyone, but they can help those in front of them. So as I was linking up the other night it hit me, why not a Newsletter. Select10 from the contacts list to fully profiled on 3-5 pages spread in an interview style format. As a bonus give them a page they can add 50 or so back links, and logos to various websites, companies, organizations and causes they care about.Many people helping each other to achieve a separation level where a name becomes visible in  this social media noise. Slow at first, but as time progresses, the channel grows organically, thru word of mouth. The selection will be random from my contacts list, except for the 1st edition, which will be handpicked based on Firsts. The 50 spots offered to those selected can come from anywhere up to the person being profiled. The only requirement, is permission to publish any copyrighted material and back links from website owners.If you want to be a part of the newsletter, then you will need to be on my contacts list, no guarantees, just the luck of the draw. -- Send me an Invite.There will be 2 opportunities both are selected randomly from the contacts list each month. The first for the full profile spots 3-5 pages interview style, a total of 10 per month. The second is 250 randomly picked contacts, to put their logo up with a hyperlink to whatever website they wish to promote. A Little Background

A few people have asked, a little confused on the purpose of the newsletter. Here is a quick blurp on the direction we are going in. Hope this helps in answering some of the underlying questions you may have. Please feel free to ask any additional questions you may have.------------------------------------The newsletter profile while initially about the business being profiled, is an attempt to go one step beyond. This in the sense of what they care about enough to promote and give back thru word of mouth. It is one of the greatest gift an organization or business can receive from another individual. Who they would give this gift to say a lot about who they are. Tradeoutfit is about promoting small businesses, while I can do standard advertising, write reviews, a link exchange, or a rate it system, this is not what I am looking for. It needs to be natural, adhoc, people promoting a small segment of their local and/or online community, and causes they care about. Not because they are paid to do so but because this is something they want to do, or see value in doing so. The newsletter is a beginning toward this goal, a setting to show the spirit and essence of what Tradeoutfit is driving toward. Joe
