Joe Thornton

Joe Thornton is a seasoned communications specialist with experience in broadcast journalism, PR, crisis communications, and social media strategy. He currently leads PR and communications at Aimclear®, where he helps clients from various industries create a meaningful brand presence and generate profitable exposure. Prior to his current role, Joe held leadership positions at Convergys, Stream Global Services, Lawson Software, and Education Minnesota. He is known for crafting effective communication strategies that reflect the compelling value of brands, netting coverage in national and international media outlets.

Joe holds degrees in Business and Communications from the University of Minnesota and Organizational Management and Communications from Concordia University-St. Paul. His community work sees him volunteering time supporting music and arts education in local schools and serving as a Police Reserve Officer for a large suburban police department.
