Joe Terrazas is a well-educated professional with a diverse background in Contracting, Procurement, International Studies, and Commerce. He holds a Master's degree in International Commerce & Policy from George Mason University, where he also studied International Relations and Affairs. Joe has further honed his skills by studying Contracts & Procurement at the University of Virginia and Spanish at the Foreign Service Institute, USDOS.
