As the President of Spindor Training and Risk Management (STRM), Joe Spindor offers expert guidance and solutions to organizations facing training gaps, accountability issues, and risk management challenges. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from Simon Fraser University, Joe has a solid educational foundation to complement his extensive practical experience.

Having served in various capacities such as Staff Sergeant at New Westminster Police Department, Contract Instructor at Justice Institute of British Columbia, and Corrections Officer at BC Corrections Branch, Joe Spindor brings a wealth of diverse expertise and knowledge to his training programs.
