Multimedia Design Specialist at Inmarsat Government

My focus has been web, UI, UX, and collateral design but I have also designed much of the company’s branding, web SEO, wayfinding and environmental graphics for trade shows, and done interior design for the offices.

Recent projects of note were the complete redesign of IG’s website and branding; GMS, a secure analytic site for defense customers; IG's blog; an online resource portal, for partners; and the collateral, user guide, and manual for BGAN Converge.

I worked for the Smithsonian Museums’ stores, theaters, and restaurants. I was part of the team that redesigned the stores and restaurants for the National Museum of American History. I designed the Courtyard Café in the American Art Museum. And I designed promotions and temporary stores for various museum exhibits. The first temporary store I worked on was in the Air and Space Museum. It was the Smithsonian’s top selling store until it closed, due to the reopening of the American History Museum. In addition to my print, advertising, and environmental work I maintained the theater and stores’ web pages.

Over the years I have worked with a variety of clients on a freelance basis. While in Ohio I designed logos, branding, websites, arranged photo shoots, hired photographers and models, and designed ads and promotional materials for local restaurants, newspapers, and magazines. 

Recently I have designed branding, ads, microsites, brochures, and invitations for the National Retail Federation, Choice Hotels, and private events.
