Joe Quirk

Joe Quirk is the President of The Seasteading Institute since 2018. He co-founded and was the Managing Director of Blue Frontiers in 2017, leading a team to establish the first small floating city with political autonomy.

In 2017, Joe Quirk authored the book 'Seasteading: How Floating Nations will Restore the Environment, Enrich the Poor, Cure the Sick, and Liberate Humanity from Politicians,' achieving bestseller status in Marine Engineering.

With a diverse background, Joe Quirk has been a Seavangelist for The Seasteading Institute and engaged in various roles such as public speaking, scriptwriting, and teaching at institutions like Lehka School of Creative Writing.

His writing career includes national bestsellers in fiction, non-fiction, and marine engineering, along with translating complex scientific content into engaging narratives. He has been successful in various writing formats like content creation, storytelling, and video scriptwriting.

Joe Quirk has a Bachelor's degree in English with a focus on the Development of Western Civilization from Providence College.
