Joe Moorman

Joe Moorman is a driven education professional with a passion for equity, organizational development, and change leadership. With an M.Ed in Urban Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Public from Xavier University, Moorman has a wealth of experience in the education sector. He has previously served in various roles at Teach For America, including Executive Director, Delaware and Senior Managing Director, Chief of Staff - Arkansas. In his current role as Senior Director of Organizational and Community Development at Mayerson Academy in Cincinnati, Ohio, he continues to champion educational equity and help organizations develop and evolve to meet new challenges.
