Over my 2 years with Lessen, I was directly responsible for finding, recruiting, and onboarding Lessen's first 175 employees -- an eclectic mix of technical, operational, and core management -- and every role from CFO, CIO, Ops VP, Finance, all technical staff (management, architecture, dev, test, DevOps), to cleaning staff.   And we did it in the face of Covid -- when everyone was concerned about what the future held...and were nervous to start a career with a pre-profit (or pre-revenue) start-up.

•	Adecco acquired Interskill in 2000, after integration continued expansion and market penetration, increasing revenue by over 120% per year (2000 through 2003). 
•	Purchased the LMS assets of Convene Inc. Subsequently, managed the re-development and implementation of a SCORM-compliant Learning Management System that increased customer retention, improved cash flow, lowered operational costs, and significantly improved bottom-line profitability. The new LMS increased revenue by 120% and net profit by over 12% (year-on-year, 2003 through 2006).
