Joe Lucatorto

Joe Lucatorto is a telecommunications regulatory compliance expert with a career spanning four decades. He was named the "Father of Interconnection" for revolutionizing US telecom deregulation. Mr. Lucatorto founded Lucatorto Partners in 2006 and has been serving as its President and CEO since then. He played a crucial role in developing integrated services offerings following the merger of Bell Atlantic and NYNEX and the subsequent acquisition of GTE to form Verizon. He spent several years at Verizon as Vice President of Telecom Business Management and Vice President of Custom Solutions and Opportunity Management. Mr. Lucatorto's specialties include regulatory compliance, regulatory filings and audits, business development, telecom expense management, product management and marketing, contract negotiation, and more. He studied at Columbia Business School and Queensborough Community College.
