Joe LaRocca Jr. is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur known for his expertise in organizational growth and customer acquisition.

As the co-founder of SusQtech, he played a pivotal role in the company's journey from a startup to being recognized as Microsoft's Mid-Atlantic Partner of the Year.

Joe was instrumental in driving SusQtech's business development efforts and collaborating with a diverse client base to deliver technology solutions enhancing business efficiency.

After the acquisition of SusQtech by Protiviti, Joe assumed the role of Managing Director and facilitated a smooth transition into the parent company's organization.

Currently, Joe leads LaRocca & Associates, his strategic planning and sales consulting firm, assisting technology companies in executing go-to-market strategies and revenue acceleration plans for sustainable growth.

He holds an MBA from Long Island University and a BBA in Finance from St. Bonaventure University.
