His educational journey includes a B.S. in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an M.B.A. in Financial Analysis from Penn State University, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Throughout his career, Joe has held key leadership positions in renowned organizations such as Panasonic, BD, Mercedes-Benz USA, and United Technologies. These roles include Vice President of Global Logistics, Senior Director of Global Transportation & Warehousing, General Manager of Supply Chain Logistics, Warehousing, and Transportation, Chief of Staff for the President & CEO, Business Operations Manager, Adjunct Professor, Director of Operations in the United States Air Force, Logistics Manager in the United States Air Force, and Flight Test Engineer in the United States Air Force.
