Joe Guerrero is an experienced Quality Assurance Director, overseeing the North America User Experience/Human Factors division of a global market research firm. With a background in healthcare, cGMP pharmaceutical laboratory work, customer service, and hospitality, he has a unique set of skills that he applies to his current role. Joe is responsible for advising a team of over 70 researchers and leaders as they engage in human factors and usability studies, both nationally and abroad, representing the company as the ISO ambassador with clients and vendors from various industries. He is experienced in ensuring consistency in high-quality services to clients, and his expertise in adhering to standards and maintaining accurate documentation is invaluable. Joe's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Certificate in Pre-Health Studies from California State University, Fullerton.
