Joe Grimaldi

Joe Grimaldi is an accomplished Director of Development & Construction with extensive experience in the building industry, particularly in the retail, commercial, residential, and DOD sectors. After serving in the US Army Corps of Engineers, Joe transitioned to the apprenticeship program in the carpenters union, where he gained practical experience and in-depth knowledge of the industry. Joe is skilled in numerous areas, including development, creativity, negotiating, architectural reading, project management, Microsoft applications, team building, and leadership. With a strong operational background and a passion for challenging the status quo, Joe is dedicated to motivating and empowering his team members. He is currently the Director of Development & Construction at L'Oréal and was previously the Director of Construction at NYX Professional Makeup, the Project Manager at On-Site Group, Inc., and the Master Carpenter at United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America.
