Joe Fulmer

Joe Fulmer is a skilled and experienced executive, specializing in healthcare IT staffing and consulting practices. With an impressive track record of building profitable and successful teams, he has managed and trained a team of 20 Recruiters and 10 Account Managers, directly hiring members of the Executive Management team to run the Healthcare IT practice. Joe has a Master of Science degree in Sport Management from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the College of Charleston. Prior to his current role as Vice President at Optimum Healthcare IT, he served as Director of Operations for Healthcare IT/EMR at CSI Tech and Business Development Manager for Fultech Solutions, Inc.
