    Throughout his career, Joe has garnered various accolades and recognitions, such as being the 2020 Edge Top Producer and a 2020 Q3 CoStar PowerBroker. Additionally, he was named the Top Producer at McShea & Company in 2013 and recognized as one of the 'Top 35 Real Estate Professionals Under 35' by Bisnow in 2007. In 2005, he received the Transwestern Mid Atlantic 'Rookie Agent of the Year' award.

    Joe Friedman holds a B.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan. He also pursued further education by studying for an MPS in Real Estate with a concentration in Real Estate Finance at Georgetown University.
