With a remarkable track record spanning over 27 years, he serves a diverse clientele in the technology, life science, and consumer sectors, catering to startups, as well as publicly-held entities across various growth stages.

Joe specializes in seed and later stage venture and private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, public offerings, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, recapitalizations, and general corporate matters.

Aside from his legal expertise, Joe also acts as outside general counsel for numerous businesses, aiding them in day-to-day transactions and multinational strategic alliances.
