He obtained his BA in Engineering Economics from Dartmouth College and furthered his education by earning a BE degree in the same field from the same institution.

Joe also pursued an M.E.M. in Engineering Management at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, showcasing his commitment to enhancing both his technical and business acumen.

Throughout his career, Joe has held significant roles in various prestigious organizations, demonstrating his expertise and leadership skills.

He has served as the Director of Applications & Technical Fellow (Emeritus) at Northrop Grumman, where he was involved in managing applications and showcasing his technical prowess.

Prior to that, Joe held positions at renowned companies such as Oracle, BEA Systems, Inc., Appian Corp., where he contributed his expertise in sales, systems engineering, and technical consultancy.
