Joseph Chi, CFA - Independent Trustee at Aristotle Funds Series Trust

Joseph Chi, CFA is currently serving as an Independent Trustee for the Aristotle Funds Series Trust, a position he has held since December 2022.12 Prior to this, he had a distinguished career at Dimensional Fund Advisors, where he held several key roles:

• Head of Responsible Investment (2019-2021)
• Chair of Investment Committee and Co-Head of Portfolio Management (2012-2019), overseeing a global team of 150+ investment professionals managing over $600 billion in assets1
• Senior Portfolio Manager and Vice President (2010-2012), co-heading the International Equities team which managed over $100 billion in global equity strategies1
• Portfolio Manager (2005-2009), managing various international equity strategies1

Before joining Dimensional Fund Advisors, Chi held positions at Hewitt Associates as Counsel (2002-2005), Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison as a Senior Associate (1997-2002), Morrison & Foerster LLP as an Associate (1995-1996), and Lyon & Lyon as an Associate (1993-1995).1

Chi holds an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a BS in Electrical Engineering (cum laude) from UCLA, and a JD in Finance and Securities from USC Gould School of Law.1
