Joe has extensive experience in owning and managing businesses, particularly in the flooring sector. He is the current owner of Carey Floors and has held several ownership roles at the same company in the past.

Apart from his flooring business, Joe also has a background as a surf instructor at Government Surf Instructor and has dedicated his time as a volunteer at the Institute for the Study and Practice of Nonviolence.
