His instructional skills have been ranked as the best by students in anonymous surveys as well as on popular platforms like the 'Rate Your Professor' website, where he holds one of the highest nationwide rankings.

Joe was recognized by Park University's Administration in 2013, receiving the prestigious Provost Award for Outstanding Instructor after being nominated by students and selected from a pool of over 800 eligible faculty members.

He holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from the University of North Dakota, showcasing his strong academic background.
