Joe Brennan is a seasoned professional with vast experience in the aerospace industry. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from the Oregon Institute of Technology, Brennan comes with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. His specialization includes carbon fiber product design and manufacturing process development, business operations management, program management, cost estimating and quotation, and production implementation.

Brennan has held various leadership roles in various organizations, including Joby Aviation, The Spaceship Company, Quatro Composites, and Boeing. He served as the Manufacturing Lead-Composites at Joby Aviation and as the Director of Manufacturing Research and Development at The Spaceship Company. Additionally, Brennan was the Vehicle Production Manager and Director of Production Operations at The Spaceship Company. He was also a Development Engineer and Airplane Development Program Engineer at Boeing, where he garnered knowledge in composite aircraft and spacecraft.

Aside from his broad knowledge in the aerospace industry, Brennan has also honed his business acumen. He studied MBA in business at the University of California, San Diego's Rady School of Management and the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business. He also participated in an engineering exchange program at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.

In his free time, Brennan was a head swim coach at Capital Area Swim Team. His love for swimming and the environment inspired him to develop and manage fabrication and assembly procedures for composite aircraft and spacecraft.
