Joe Berg

Joe Berg is a Partner at FGS Global, based in the Los Angeles office. He specializes in providing strategic and financial communications counsel, addressing various critical business issues, including complex transactions, crisis management, litigation, and shareholder activism. With nearly 15 years of experience in both in-house and advisory roles, he focuses on helping clients achieve their strategic growth objectives and enhance their corporate positioning through effective communications and investor relations strategies.

Before joining FGS Global, Joe held senior roles in corporate communications for two technology companies in Los Angeles: Jam City, a mobile games studio, and Whisper, a social networking platform. He also spent eight years at Joele Frank, a strategic communications firm in New York. Joe holds an MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College. He resides in the Mar Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles with his family, where he enjoys music, exercise, and spending time with his daughter, Stella.123
