Joe Baumann is a well-known expert in the field of consumer behavior and market research, with a rich history of experience in the business world. He completed a BS in Psychology and Mathematics at Xavier University and an MA in Experimental Psychology at Loyola University of Chicago. Mr. Baumann kicked off his career at Procter & Gamble in CMK (Consumer and Market Knowledge) where he worked as an Associate Director, he eventually moved on to become the Company-Wide Brand Business Consulting, then another move to become the Behavioral Science Capability Building Manager. Later in his P&G career, he became the CMK Leader of Communication Innovation Research Center and Behavioral Science. After retiring, he worked as Senior Vice President of Research and Development and Product Strategy at maslansky + partners and later as SVP Sublime Behavior Marketing at Sublime Behavior Marketing. Currently, he is the President of JNB Brand Growth Consulting, LLC, and regularly shares his insights with industry experts, entrepreneurs, and aspiring business professionals alike.
