Jodi Lemmer

Jodi Lemmer is a dedicated professional with a strong passion for economic justice, racial justice, quality education, and sustainable systems & environments. She is a proud alumna of MPS.

Jodi's top skills include being organized, reliable, hard-working, optimistic, a quick learner, detail-oriented, proficient in analysis & problem solving, and excelling as both a leader and a team player.

Her academic background includes a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Political Science from Marquette University, graduating Cum Laude with a cumulative GPA of 3.57/4.0. She also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Community Health Education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, achieving a major GPA of 3.92/4.0. Additionally, she completed her High School Diploma in Engineering Academy at Lynde and Harry Bradley Technology and Trade High School.

Jodi has gained valuable experience through various roles in different organizations. She served as an Aldermanic Legislative Assistant to the Fourth District at the City of Milwaukee and previously worked as a Research Planning & Development Specialist at the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee. Her previous positions also include being a Development and Marketing Specialist at ACTS Housing, Resources Coordinator at the Nonprofit Center of Milwaukee, Research and Policy Intern at the Milwaukee Health Department, Community Health Volunteer with the Peace Corps, Global Health Program Summer Intern at the Milwaukee Area Health Education Center (AHEC), Summer Data Intern at the Milwaukee Planning Council for Health and Human Services, Inc., Summer Day Camp Counselor at YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee, Site Director at La Crosse Area Family YMCA, and Summer Camp Counselor at Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast.
