Jochen M. Wilms is a co-founder and Managing Director of Art 19 GmbH, a German company that supports human rights organizations by raising funds through the sale of artworks.16 He is an entrepreneur and art project producer from Berlin who came up with the idea for Art 19 in 2012 when he learned about Pablo Picasso donating artworks for Amnesty International.14
