Jocelyn Perez is an accomplished People Operations Specialist with a strong background in full cycle recruiting, HRIS & payroll management, HR policies, and fostering culture & inclusion. She has a wealth of experience in HR management and client success, currently contributing significantly to the People Operations team at All Day Kitchens.

In her role, Jocelyn drives talent acquisition, enhances on-boarding & training processes, and develops innovative strategies for employee retention and satisfaction. She acts as a bridge between employees and the HRIS system, promoting engagement and aligning hiring strategies with organizational objectives.

Her expertise spans various HR functions like recruitment, project management, training, scheduling, SOP development, data structuring, retention strategies, troubleshooting, implementation, and agile methodology. Jocelyn is adept at using tools like ADP, Asana, JIRA, and Salesforce, excelling in fast-paced environments due to her strong work ethic.

Outside of work, Jocelyn actively participates in community initiatives to hone her public speaking skills, advocate for inclusivity, and nurture lasting connections.
