Jocelyn Harms

Jocelyn Harms is a seasoned creative executive and the owner of Password Creative, a boutique communications and branding consultancy she founded in 2017. With over 20 years of experience in communications, marketing, branding, design, and event production, she has developed a strong focus on storytelling techniques to enhance clarity in communication. This expertise has allowed her to serve a diverse clientele, including national healthcare organizations and local nonprofits in Nashville.13

Before establishing Password Creative, Harms spent more than a decade in the music industry and held significant marketing roles at one of the largest healthcare providers in the United States. In addition to her consultancy work, Jocelyn is actively involved in her community as a board member for the Nashville chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners and co-founded Live Here Vote Here, an initiative aimed at promoting voter engagement in Middle Tennessee.12 Originally from Texas, she has lived in Nashville for over 20 years and enjoys gardening, beekeeping, cooking, and spending time with her family.1
