Joaquín Roca

Joaquín​ ​V.​ ​Roca is a seasoned organizational consultant with a diverse background that includes founding two technology companies aimed at developing great leaders. Hailing from New York, Joaquín has a strong academic foundation with studies at Stuyvesant High School, New York University for his undergraduate degree, and Teachers College at Columbia University for graduate studies in Social-Organizational Psychology, where he completed all requirements for a PhD except the dissertation. Apart from academia, he is a self-taught software developer and an experienced instructor who has taught courses on various subjects including organization development, statistics, research design, creativity, innovation, and leadership at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
