Joaquin Altenberg is an established entrepreneur with a strong commitment to revolutionizing energy production and infrastructure within the United States.

With expertise in renewable energy project development, finance, and CleanTech & Infrastructure, Joaquin excels in project analysis, equity investments, and capital raising for initiatives such as tax equity, construction debt, term debt, and mergers and acquisitions.

Having raised over $900 million in equity, Joaquin is actively involved in investing in pre-construction renewable energy projects.

Joaquin's educational background includes an MBA in Venture Capital & General Management from Harvard Business School, a B.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and completion of High School/Secondary Diploma Programs at the New Mexico Military Institute.

Currently serving as the CEO of Clean Energy Nexus, Joaquin has also held significant roles in various organizations such as Advisor at Vax-Immune, LLC, CEO at VERT Solar Finance, CFO & Head of Risk at Open Energy Group, and Managing Partner at VERT Investment Group.
