- Provided the CEO with the original idea of building an organization that offers smart-contract enabled automated cryptocurrency escrow services with time-based capabilities. This led to the creation of TrustSwap and the SWAP Token, which grew from a $500K USD marketcap to a $120M USD marketcap in less than 3 months.
- Played an integral role in drafting the large majority of the original Whitepaper
- Implemented the legal, financial and operational foundations of the company in a remote-first environment
- Facilitated new partnerships and OTC deals to provide the business with additional liquidity
- Built best practices for community management and financial management
- This was done while investing an average of 10 hours per week as an executive advisor focussed on growth, marketing and operations.

We are building the new paradigm of B2B2C Sales, Marketing, Training, Surveying, Guided Tours and User-Centric Travel through a multi-user social VR application that enables people to teleport together to real world places in real time.

As one of the three founding partners of Hoppin' World, I am in charge of everything related to marketing, sales and the foundational aspects of building a startup including HR & Ops for a remote-first work environment.

Marketing - Branding, Website Development & Deployment, Social Media Management, Inbound & Outbound Organic & Paid Campaigns.

Sales - Creation, Recruitment, Training and Deployment of a global sales team. This includes putting together and optimizing pricing and longterm client fulfillment practices.

Content Deployment - Ensure enough new content is coming on the app by creating and deploying the Creator & Studio Partner Program.

Executive Responsibilities - Help create and optimize the docs to raise a successful seed round and put together best practices for high level reporting and company management.

After only 2.5 months on the road as a Sales Account Executive, I was offered a promotion to go work at the L'Oréal Canadian headquarters located in Downtown Montreal.

- Managing a multi-million dollar budget to support marketing initiatives with in-store promotions and displays at the National level, for GARNIER Haircare and Haircolor, as well as the launch of WHOLE BLENDS, a never-before-seen brand in North America.

- In charge of the planning, conceptualization, creation, development, and timely execution of in-store displays and other marketing material.

- Using acute project management skills such as prioritization and supply chain analysis to ensure my 50+ projects are executed on time, getting to store and the right time, right place, with the right products. This requires inter-disciplinary skillsets, and a strong development of diplomatic relationship with colleagues from all other departments within the organization.
