Joaquim Leao is a highly experienced business development consultant with a background in the petrochemical, oil & gas, and corporate governance industries. With 13 years of sales and marketing experience, Joaquim is well-versed in EPC contracts, technical proposals, and project finance. He has spent the past eight years developing consulting services while also dealing with process analysis presentations and coordinating corporate governance structures in pension funds. He is fluent in Portuguese and English and has experience in natural gas and logistics projects.

Joaquim holds a Specialist in General Philosophy Post Graduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA in Master Business Oil & Gas Industry, among other credentials. He has worked with several notable organizations, including Fishery and Aquaculture Federal Superintendency in Rio de Janeiro, the United Nations Human Settlements Programme, and Grupo Semco, to name a few.
