She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a Bachelor's in Finance from Oral Roberts University. Joanne's career includes a mix of roles across various industries, including publishing, advertising, marketing, and event planning. Her areas of expertise include financial forecasting, capital budgeting, project management, and client relationship management. She is skilled in using multimedia platforms to bring her ideas to life, including print and digital media, social media engagement, email outreach, broadcasting, and live events.

Joanne currently works as a freelance photographer and creative director for her own brand, Joanne Garcia Photography. Prior to that, she spent time as an interim art director at Nous Model Management and as content development manager at Propecta. She has also held several other roles, including sales and finance manager at Relevant Media Group, contracts and billings specialist at Macrovision, and assistant director of foods at Teen Mania Ministries.
