Joanna Webb is an experienced EdTech consultant and strategist with a proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful technology-led training solutions for global clients such as Pearson and Unilever. Throughout her career, Joanna has honed her skills in stakeholder management, learning strategy, product strategy, project management, collaborative leadership, and change management. Her expertise extends to product development and management, virtual and augmented reality, instructional design, and marketing communication. Joanna is versatile and can operate as an EdTech Product Director, VR Solution Designer, Head of Learning Strategy, or Global Product and Innovation Lead. She holds a BA Hons from the University of Cambridge, a PGCE from the University of Warwick, and a Postgraduate Certificate from The Open University. Currently, she is open to new challenges and seeking opportunities to help EdTech leaders tackle complex strategic issues, prioritize innovation agendas, and unite tech and L&D teams.
