- Managing the sale of collections from The Metropolitan Opera Guild, Harry W. and Mary Margaret Anderson, and The Surrealist World of Rosalind Gersten Jacobs and Melvin Jacobs.1
- Overseeing the appraisal process and sale of property from many notable artists' estates and their families.1
Recent Projects
In May 2022, Ostrem led the team handling the collection sale of The Surrealist World of Rosalind Gersten Jacobs and Melvin Jacobs, which set numerous new artist records. The top lot of this collection, Man Ray's iconic masterpiece "Le Violon d'Ingres," sold for $12.4 million, setting a new record price for a photograph.1
