JoAnn Lynen is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background. She pursued her MBA at Emory University's Goizueta Business School, her BA at Rhodes College, and participated in executive education at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

JoAnn has held several key positions at Bain & Company, starting as a Consultant/Case Team Leader, and moving on to roles such as Manager, Senior Manager, Director of Global Consultant Talent Management, and ultimately to her current position as Executive Vice President of Global Talent Management.

In addition to her corporate experience, JoAnn has shared her expertise as a Teaching Assistant at Emory University, where she contributed to courses on Decision & Information Analysis and Financial Statement Analysis. Furthermore, she has also served as the Director of Operations at the ILISA Language Institute.
