    Ms. Joann J. Hill is the Chief of the Office of Business Development for the United States Department of Commerce, Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA). With over a decade of experience at MBDA, she currently oversees the Office of Business Development and leads a network of more than 40 Business Centers generating $5 billion in annual performance goals.

    She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Benedict College, a Masters of Business Administration from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, and has completed the Harvard Kennedy School of Government Senior Executive Fellows Program.
