Joan Moore

Joan Moore is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 17 years of experience in agency and in-house recruitment. She has worked across different sectors and specializes in early talent hiring. Currently, she leads a team of 30 recruiters at Accenture where she oversees sourcing strategies for multiple graduate, internship, and apprenticeship programs. Her expertise includes employability and induction training, diversity recruiting, candidate assessment, and selection, and budget management.

Joan's career started at Page Personnel where she worked as a team leader for PP Finance and later as a managing consultant for PP HR. She then joined Kingston University as an Employability Advisor for Graduate Talent Development. After that, she returned to Accenture, where she served as a Senior Graduate Recruiter, Recruitment Projects Lead, and Orientation & Integration and Recruitment Projects Lead.

Joan's career highlights include leading attraction strategies for early talent hiring initiatives, managing large teams, implementing and delivering employability and induction training programs, and creating and leading effective candidate assessment and selection processes.
