Joan Lurie

Joan Lurie is the CEO of Orgonomix, a company she established in 2008 to help leaders and organizations undergo transformation and operate at a higher capacity.

With a background in developmental psychology and extensive experience spanning over 20 years, Joan works with boards, executives, and leadership teams to facilitate systemic thinking and navigate complex organizational change.

Joan has a proven track record in both internal corporate roles and consulting positions, aiding companies in achieving significant transformations by evolving their cultures, operating models, and organizational systems while enhancing their adaptive capabilities.

She has developed Orgonomics™, a pioneering methodology that equips leaders with a roadmap to tackle the complexities of the modern economic landscape, enabling them to reframe assumptions, redesign mental models, and restructure organizational systems for enhanced performance.

As a systemic change leader and developmental psychologist, Joan's primary objective is to empower leaders and organizations to continually evolve, adapt, and prosper in today's intricate, uncertain, and volatile environment, emphasizing the importance of operating at the forefront of growth and fostering adaptive resilience.

Joan holds a Masters of Developmental Psychology from Columbia University in the City of New York and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Adult and Continuing Education with Distinction from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Her professional journey includes roles as the Founder and CEO of Orgonomix, as well as previous positions such as Activator at SheEO™ and Senior Consultant for Culture and Change at ANZ.
