Jo Tuling is an accomplished pastry chef and human resources professional with a diverse educational and professional background. She studied pastry arts at Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney and earned degrees in human resources and management from the University of South Africa and University of Johannesburg, respectively.

Before pursuing her passion for pastry, Jo worked for McKinsey & Company, where she developed expertise in recruiting, staff coordination, and professional development. She also gained experience as a human resources administrator for Cotlands, a South African non-profit organization.

With her training in both pastry arts and HR management, Jo brings a unique perspective to the culinary world. She has honed her skills as a pastry assistant at Princess Cake and as a pastry trainee at Al Raha Beach Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
