Senior Change Manager

Change delivery for an exciting International Expansion project opening the Company's first overseas office.  

The London office is a new entity for Aware Super and is part of the 5 year investment strategy.  It is a complex change, understanding and delivering to UK regulations and obligations.  The project also has a big focus on supporting the Australian and UK teams working together across the two time zones and carrying the Australian Aware Super culture "The Aware Way" to the new UK team through our Australian secondees.

Change workstream lead for the $58m sale of Advance Asset Management Limited (AAML), Westpac’s internal multi-manager and portfolio construction capability, to Mercer (Australia) Pty Ltd.

Change leadership across 5 project delivery workstreams to understand, develop and deliver a change management approach that supported stakeholders in understanding and adapting to changes in work practices and reporting lines.  Achievement of key project milestone to support the design, change delivery and implementation of the new BT investment Total Operating Model in close collaboration with the Hed of Investments, Senior Leaders and the Project's Lead Business Analyst.

An added complexity of the project was the interrelationship with Westpac's Successor Fund Transfer of Member super funds completing at the same time.  Critical stakeholder management and understanding of dependencies and multiple priorities was essential to the success and smooth transition of teams involved in the Advance Share Sale Agreement with Mercer.

Change Manager - Public Markets

Enterprise Transformation & Data Office - Knowledge Retrieval Project
Using a variety of change methodologies and working closely with AMPC Real Estate and Technology teams, managed the rollout and implementation of SharePoint online as AMP Capital's new document and content management platform. This included a consultation project to reach national agreement on a Retail document library structure, to over 200 staff located in 17 Shopping Centres across Australia.

Change Manager - Real Estate

Managing a short-term complex project to ensure Executive Leaders within the Consumer and Small Business Unit had a comprehensive partner engagement strategy in place ahead of two large overseas conferences.  Working closely with the Chief Executive's office and the Chief of Staff business group to create briefing documents that focused and prioritised discussions in meetings enabling the Executives to effectively co-ordinate and focus their approach while onsite.
This project supported the execution of the 2022 Strategy and future growth of the organisation, launching new products & services on new platforms, creating growth and digital led experiences in key customer segments and markets.

Project Specialist - Consumer & Small Business

Responsible for overseeing the business operations of the division on behalf of the Head of Product and Product Senior Leadership team to create efficiencies and streamline processes for a team of 300+ people across 3 regions.  

Partner with the Head of Product and Head of Strategy & Planning in the development of the Product Strategy Roadmap. Creating an effective operating cadence to drive execution and manage the flow of  information.

Actively involved with the Change Management Team driving and implementing changes that impact the Consumer and Small Business division teams.

Working with the HR Business Partner and primary stakeholders to develop and deliver the Business Unit recruitment and retention strategy.  Application of Change Management methodology to identify and partner with stakeholders, creating and driving the delivery of an integrated employee engagement  and communications plan.

Working with the Operations Director on the development of the Business Unit Strategy & Roadmap.  Preparing monthly business management paper, including P&L, H&S and HR reporting.

Change Management : Working with the Change Management team on a 2 year workplace transformation, I delivered the change plan for the division as part of the Telstra-wide Future Ways of Working project.  Transitioning the business to activity/flexible based working to enhance performance, collaboration and employee advocacy.  This included amalgamation and move of cross-site teams into the Sydney Head Office.

As a Telstra ambassador of change I presented the workplace transformation project to external customers promoting the benefits of flexible/activity based working and supporting them through the challenges of changing a company and team culture.
