Jo Read is a Senior Lecturer in Dance at the University of East London (UEL) and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).1 She teaches and leads various choreographic and dance industry modules on the undergraduate dance course and supervises PhD students in the Postgraduate Performing Arts subject area.1
